Lila
(Ariunsetgel Uchral)
Hello, my name is Lila (Ariunsetgel Uchral). I am 9 years old and from Mongolia.
Winters in Ulaanbaatar are extremely cold, with temperatures dropping to โ30ยฐC (โ22ยฐF). Many dogs are kept outdoors, chained, and left without proper dog houses. Every winter, countless dogs suffer and lose their lives because of the cold.
Through our officially registered nonprofit organization, I started the One Dog โ One Warm House project to help change this. Our mission is simple: to provide insulated DOG HOUSES that protect dogs from freezing temperatures and help them survive the winter.
Each DOG HOUSE costs $150, and our goal is to build 10,000 warm houses for dogs in need.
Your loyal best friend will live warm, safe, and happy in a DOG HOUSE built with your love.
Please join us today and help save lives this winter.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
Lila (Ariunsetgel Uchral)
Please help me... I sincerely want to be a loved member of a family.ย
๐ถ ONE DOG โ ONE WARM HOUSE
Winter Emergency Project | Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Your loyal best friend will live warm, safe, and happy in a DOG HOUSE built with your love.
Project Overview
One Dog โ One Warm House is an urgent winter humanitarian project created to protect dogs living outdoors in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, one of the coldest capital cities in the world.
Our nonprofit organization is officially registered, and we are now actively accepting donations via PayPal. Through this project, we build insulated, weatherproof dog houses that give dogs warmth, safety, and dignity during Mongoliaโs extreme winter.
This is a direct, life-saving intervention with clear, measurable impact.
โ๏ธ Why This Project Is Urgent
Winters in Ulaanbaatar are severe and unforgiving:
Nighttime temperatures frequently drop to โ30ยฐC (โ22ยฐF)
Strong winds and frozen ground increase the risk of frostbite and death
In the cityโs ger (informal) districts, many dogs are:
Kept outdoors year-round
Chained
Left without proper dog houses
Based on research and field-based estimates:
200,000+ households live in ger districts
About 60% of these households own dogs
70โ80% of owned dogs spend winter nights outdoors without adequate dog houses
๐ This means approximately 80,000โ100,000 dogs face life-threatening cold every winter.
๐ฏ Our Goal & Impact
Our Goal
Build 10,000 warm, insulated DOG HOUSES for dogs in need
Our Impact
This project will directly help 10โ12.5% of dogs currently spending winter nights outdoors without protection
10,000 dogs will survive the winter with warmth, safety, and care
This is not symbolic help โ it is a real solution with measurable results.
